Our railroad tie plates

1. Single shoulder tie plates

For single shoulder tie plates, the rail shoulder is designed at the field end of the tie plate. The short end or gauge end of the tie plate is inside the track, so the customer always needs the rail bottom width. Single shoulder tie plates are usually used for track weights from 56 pounds to 100 pounds.

2. Double shoulder tie plates

Double shoulder bottom plates can be selected in 2-hole, 4-hole, 5-hole, 6-hole, 8-hole and other forms according to customer needs. Double shoulder bottom plates are generally used for rails above 100lb.

3. Casting tie plates

Casting is a common process for producing rail sleeper plates and is also a way to save costs.
