Crane wheels are important components for the operation of overhead, gantry cranes, container cranes and trolleys.

Our wheels are made of ZG430-640 cast steel or ZG-50SiMn low-lane steel, and the quenching depth of the wheel tread is not less than 20mm.

For ZG430-640 cast steel wheels, the rolling surface hardness is about 300-350HB, and for ZG-50SiMn, it is about 420-480HB.

The material mechanical properties, precision and roughness comply with JB/T 6392-2008 regulations
