1. The double headed railroad spike is anchored with sulfur cement mortar. The formula and preparation process of sulfur cement mortar shall comply with relevant regulations of railway track construction and acceptance specifications.
2. Before anchoring, the debris in the reserved holes of the sleeper and the adhesions on the double headed railroad spike should be removed. The double headed railroad spike should be dry and its temperature should be kept above 0℃.
3. Anti-anchor should be adopted as the anchoring method, and the double headed railroad spike should be positioned with a mold. The anchoring grout is injected into the hole from the pillow bottom, and after solidification, it is straightened and demolded. When anchoring, the bottom of the reserved hole should be blocked tightly to prevent slurry leakage. After the anchoring slurry is injected into the hole from the pillow surface, the double headed railroad spike should be slowly rotated left and right and inserted vertically. When the sulfur cement mortar is injected into the hole, the temperature should not be lower than 130℃, and segregation should be prevented. The grouting depth should be 20mm longer than the length of the double headed railroad spike inserted into the hole after one hole is filled at a time, and the top surface of the anchoring grout should be in line with the supporting rail. The surface of the tank is flat, and the overflowed residue should be removed and leveled after solidification.
4. The double headed railroad spike should be perpendicular to the surface of the supporting rail groove, and the skew should not be greater than 2°. The intersection of the center line of the spike and the surface of the supporting rail groove should not deviate more than 2mm from the center of the reserved hole. The bottom of the spike round table should be higher than the surface of the supporting rail groove, but no more than 2mm. The pull-out force of the double headed railroad spike should not be less than 60kn.
