1. Cast in railway shoulder:
The cast in shoulder is made of cast iron. The shoulder is embedded in the concrete sleepers and fixed to the rail together with the elastic rail clips.
For materials, cast in shoulders include 3 types: malleable cast iron MCI shoulders and malleable cast iron SGCI shoulders and ductile iron SGCI shoulders.

2. Weld-on rail shoulder
Weld-on rail shoulder is used in the atypical position of the rail, and the weld-on rail shoulder is connected to the flat steel plate instead of the standard rail tie plates. The weld-on rail shoulder production method is hot forging, manufactured according to AREA standards. The type of steel used for weld-on rail shoulder production can be low-carbon steel or medium-carbon steel, depending on your specific requirements.
The weld-on rail shoulder can be welded to longer rail sleeper parts or load-bearing bodies, and is used to manufacture turnouts using vertical rail geometry and cross-layout positions. The railway shoulder can be welded at a specific location according to the layout design, which makes it particularly useful and cost-effective in this situation.
3. Hot-forged rail shoulder
This type of rail shoulder is produced by hot forging, and the raw materials can be selected from low-carbon steel and medium-carbon steel according to customer needs. Hot-forged steel rail shoulders are used to fix the rails together with clip bolts and special rail clips.
