Rail screw spikes (also called railway sleeper screws, screw spikes or square head bolts) are medium or large metal screws used to fix rail tie plates or rails. Such long screws are always fixed in the holes on the sleepers, sometimes with embedded plastic dowels, and are usually used for rails with wooden sleepers, especially in the United States and Canada.
Kingrail Parts can produce various types of rail sleeper screws for railway construction. Our sleeper screws can meet UIC, AREMA, GB, BS, DIN, JIS, ISO and other standards.

Rating: 5.6
Material: TD16
Surface treatment: plain color (oiled), black spray paint, zinc, hot-dip galvanizing
10. Wood-driven railway screw spikes
Tiber drive spikes can reduce installation and maintenance costs. Spikes are used for wooden roads to cross planks and panels, bridges and trestle guardrails, moving trains off the line, docks, etc. The gasket head is single forged, and the excellent thread retention provides a tight installation. The nails are easy to install, driven by maul or pneumatic nail drivers. They cannot be overdriven and can be easily disassembled by hand or power tools for reuse. Drive spikes can be used in a variety of installation and maintenance methods, in line with ASTMA66-87 standards, cold bending 90 degrees without cracks.
