Product Description

The tie plates, also known as the sole plate or baseplate, are made of steel and used between the rails and the sleeper to expand the bearing contact area. The rail tie plate is not only used to support the rail, but also to fix the entire rail fastening systems.

1. Single Shoulder Tie Plates

For the bottom plate of the shoulder, the shoulder is designed at the end of the board. The short end of the board is placed inside the track, which is why customers always require the width of the bottom of the rail. Usually in orbit with a weight range from 56 pounds to 100 pounds.
