3. Large disc sleeper screw spikes are mainly used in South America and Africa to allow the taper of the core and thread diameter to be 1mm on the parallel part shown, as long as the diameter tolerance at the thread does not exceed the upper limit. The material of sleeper screws complies with British Standard N 15-1961.

Rating: 5.6
Material: TD16
Surface treatment: plain color (oiled), black spray paint, zinc, hot-dip galvanizing
10. Wood-driven spikes can reduce installation and maintenance costs. Spikes are used for wooden structure roads to traverse planks and panels, bridges and trestle guardrails, moving trains off the line, docks, etc. The washer head is single forged, and the excellent thread retention provides a tight installation. The spikes are easy to install and are driven by maul or pneumatic spike drivers. They cannot be overdriven and can be easily removed for reuse with manual or power tools. Drive spikes can be used in a variety of installation and maintenance methods, in line with ASTMA66-87 standards, cold bending 90 degrees without cracks.
