A railroad tie bar, sometimes called a gauge tie bar, is always used to prevent the rail from unfolding or tilting in order to stabilize the rail within a certain distance.
We can supply standard gauge rods for 56-½" track and 60-140 lbs, both non-insulated and insulated, licensed by ISO9001:2008 and CRCC. In addition, we also manufacture tie rods in various sizes such as AREMA 1 -1/4" insulated gauge rods, and other gauge rods for UIC, BS rails, with lengths of 600mm, 762mm, 900mm, 1435mm, etc.

A standard gauge rod at both ends includes 1 tie rod, 4 iron clips, 4 flat washers, 4 nuts, and 4 spring washers, whether non-insulated or insulated.
