The wheel assembly consists of wheel parts, wheel axles, bearings, bearing boxes and other accessories. wheel assemblies are mainly used for traveling mechanisms such as cranes, transfer vehicles, and ladle cranes.

The wheel assemblies currently used on cranes mainly include: wheel assemblies in the form of angular bearing boxes, wheel assemblies in the form of circular bearing boxes, and wheel assemblies formed by non-bolted bearing boxes.
Our wheel bodies are made of high-quality forged steel, with 42CrMo, AISI4140, 41Cr4, A504, SSW-Q1R, 65Mn, 1045, 1055, 1060, 1070, and cast iron 400, 500, 600, and 700 grades for customers to choose from. Our axles are made of high-quality steel material 45, 40Cr, 42CrMo.
After the quenching and tempering heat treatment process, the wheels and axles obtain the appropriate structure and achieve the ideal strength, toughness and hardness, so that the product can obtain maximum performance.
Our bearings use high-quality bearings from international brands such as SKF, FAG, NTN, and domestic brands such as NSK, TMK, HRB, LYC, and ZWZ to ensure transmission efficiency and service life.
Our bearing boxes are made of materials such as 35#, 45#, HT200, QT400, etc. to ensure the strength and load-bearing capacity of the bearing box. These ensure the excellent quality of Kingrail brand wheels.
Manufacturing process
Rough machining → Drilling (Welding) → Debur (Chamfer) → Heat treatment(Quenching/tempering/annealing) → Redo heat treatment → Precision machining → Redo finish machining → Finished (finishing/coating) → Package → Delivery
